He has spent most of his early childhood years growing up in the municipality of Palenque, where he had been raised by his parents, namely, Jose Antonio Valdez (his father) and Santa Delfina Pinales (his mother). His father had worked as a construction worker while Framber’s mother had worked as she had managed a coffee shop.
